VERJAGO

VALPOLICELLA DOC CLASSICO SUPERIORE

Its name derives from Verjacus, the medieval name for the Negrar Valley. Often defined as a ‘Super Valpolicella,’ it is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes from high-altitude plots, followed by about 40 days of drying in the appassimento cellar. Extended aging in wood bestows this wine with exceptional character and nobility.
